Technical data consent
Separate permission for optional analytics and external media.
01. Controller and affirmative action
I freely give Evotech-Mirai Genomics LLC, taxpayer number 7728364310, registration number 1177746213512, address: 422624, Russia, Republic of Tatarstan, Laishevsky District, Bolshie Kabany, Vystavochnaya Street, building 1A, room 1000, consent only for the categories I enable.
I consent by clicking “Allow all”, or by enabling one or both optional categories and clicking “Save preferences”. “Essential only” refuses both. Closing the window or continuing to browse does not express consent. This document is separate from inquiry consent and other documents.
02. Analytics, if enabled
I allow Yandex Metrica, supplied by YANDEX LLC, counter 61682980, to process page views, referral source, time, network address, device and browser characteristics and cookie identifiers for site statistics and improvement. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded from the view events sent by the controller.
Processing includes automated collection, recording, organisation, storage, use, necessary disclosure to the provider, anonymisation, restriction and deletion. Session Replay, click maps and link tracking are disabled. This permission does not cover marketing, recording form contents or health information.
03. External media, if enabled
I allow Google Maps and external video players embedded on the page to receive connection data, including IP address, time, page address, device/browser information and available provider cookies, to display the relevant content. Providers apply their own technical processing conditions.
I understand that foreign providers may involve cross-border transfers of technical data. I can refuse this category and continue using the main site. This consent does not remove the controller’s separate obligations under Article 12 of Law No. 152-FZ and does not authorise sending inquiry data to media providers.
04. Duration and withdrawal
Permission lasts until withdrawal, for no more than 180 days. I can disable categories in “Privacy settings” and save, or contact mail@evotech-mg.com. New connections stop after withdrawal; prior processing is assessed under applicable law.
For up to three years from each record, the controller retains a random receipt, hash of a random visitor identifier, categories, text revision and time as evidence and to protect rights. The record does not contain my name, phone, message or health information.
